Spring clips and brackets are used where an OEM product needs secure retention, controlled spring force, mounting support, vibration resistance, service access, grounding, or repeatable assembly fit.

DIN-Rail Surge Protective Device

Stamped spring clips, DIN-rail retainers, grounding clips, and small formed brackets are used in surge protective devices to secure the module inside an electrical panel, maintain stable panel mounting, support grounding paths, and keep plug-in or serviceable sections properly seated.

Photoelectric Sensor Mounting Bracket

Stamped sensor brackets and spring-retention features are used around photoelectric sensors to hold the sensor body in a fixed position, protect sensing alignment, simplify mounting adjustment, and resist movement from vibration or cable strain.

Circular Connector Strain-Relief Clamp
