Feed direction, pitch, coil width, shut height, tonnage, strip progression, piloting, lubrication, scrap removal, sensors, and part handling are reviewed for compatibility with the receiving pressroom.
Critical dimensions, bends, forms, flatness, burr condition, cutoff geometry, spring features, contact locations, and part presentation are reviewed against actual production needs.
Available tool drawings, strip layouts, setup sheets, maintenance records, repair history, sensor logic, and spare-detail lists are reviewed to identify missing information.
Existing gages, fixtures, first article data, capability studies, control plans, and customer approval requirements are checked against the current print and functional features.
Material grade, thickness, temper, coating, plating, deburring, tapping, cleaning, assembly, and packaging are considered as part of the full restart route.
