ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard for quality management systems (QMS). It’s built around a simple idea: define your processes, control them, measure them, and keep improving — so customers get consistent parts, consistent documentation, and predictable performance over time.
At Gromax Precision Die & Mfg. Inc., we’re ISO 9001:2015 certified. That certification reflects how we run day-to-day: controlled processes, documented work instructions, calibrated measurement, traceable records, and a closed-loop approach to corrective action when something drifts.
ISO matters because it touches the things customers feel immediately:
• Repeatability: the 10th run matches the 1st run
• Traceability: material and inspection records are retained and easy to retrieve
• Change control: revisions, tooling changes, and process tweaks don’t happen “informally”
• Corrective action: issues get root-caused and prevented, not patched and repeated
